Peaceful Living
We are trying to bring to the attention of all the Berkeley Hills residents the pressing issue that we all have the fate to be circumstanced to. Any neighbor who gets a licensed surveyor to document their property can take “their land back.” This is unjust because we live on a massive fault line with constant hillside movement, making the dated property marking incorrect and unjust.
We need to come together as a community to ensure that this doesn't happen to anyone in the community and that we can all live in our sacred places without having heated neighbor disputes over who gets to take the land “back” that they never utilized before.
We as a community need to stand together for this issue that will soon affect us all!

Here is a case from 2004 with an article written on it:
“Berkeley hills has slid about 20 feet since the structure was built in 1916. But property lines do not move, which means that today half of his house seems to sit on his neighbor's land.
"I figure the property line runs right through the middle of the front doorway," he said.”
